Aditya Vikram Jaiswal, a dynamic and emerging leader from Ranchi, Jharkhand, has been an influential figure in local and state politics, renowned for his commitment to social upliftment and progressive governance. As the former State President of the All India Professional Congress and the current President of Empower Jharkhand, Aditya has dedicated his career to the betterment of the underprivileged and the development of Jharkhand.
Born into a family with a rich legacy of public service and entrepreneurship, Aditya is the great-grandson of Rai Sahib Laxminarayan and the grandson of Rai Bahadur Thakur, who were pioneers in community service and social work.

Such polling booths will be set-up across districts, this is the Vision of Aditya Vikram Jaiswal for the upcoming elections. This year, they will have a model polling booth in each constituency, where out of serval people- there will be one new member which will be elected from each booth.
